We offer a flexible package which allows partners to explore effective working and to produce forward plans. This work is most effective done by means of an initial one or two day event followed by a break for implementation and then a review and refinement day.

The course will include:

• The national climate of multi-agency working: meeting legal requirements
• Barriers to effective partnerships and unblocking those barriers
• Practical ways to facilitate inclusion
• Sharing resources including pooled budgets
• Case studies of good and bad practice

Costs

A three day programme will be £3600+ VAT + Expenses at cost. This is based on delivery by senior staff. We may be able to work with only one tutor or one tutor and an assistant depending on participant numbers. Course materials will be £5 per participant.
