4: The Impact of Relationships on Organisational Effectiveness |
This course can be tailor made to individual organisational requirements. It may be a whole staff event or targeted to smaller groups.
Topics on offer are:
- Research findings about the impact of relationships on organisational ethos
- Fostering positive relationships
- Conflict resolution
- Restorative practices
- Ways of re-energisation
- Tackling violence and aggression
Work can be carried out at an introductory level or in a much more intense manner with a focus on skills development. Costs £600 per senior tutor per day + VAT + Expenses at cost. The number of tutors needed will be negotiated according to need. Course materials will be £5 per participant.
